Are you still going to be here after how long?

It was a very exciting format to be released as blu ray 3 yrs ago. Everyone wanted blu ray! Big promotions and commercials everywhere! People here in the forums wouldnt stop bragging about who has the most BDs in their collection and steelcases (which is still the same movie inside, btw) that its still going on. Probably by 2010 Im moving on! Live the life where blu ray would be common format by then while the DVD format would probably fade away slowly. Prices would go down on the players and movies. By then I would live that life and probably never be back to this website. How about you?

yeah lol wtf....why would you stop coming here? Blu Ray still isnt at a point where its accessible to everybody in America, and it will probably be a couple of years if/when it does get there....and even then, where else will you go to discuss Blu Ray movies?

I like BR.com a lot.

I mostly stick to the PS3 board, Off topic, Movie and TV, and hot deal...

The rest is just static as far as my empty wallet is concerned.

Though, at the rate that the forum is losing value to me, I would say I will be gone as soon as I find something new to think about.

In short, I can keep better track of movies from blu-ray.com than I can from forum.blu-ray.com. I can get better information from google than I can from the forums megathreads.

Same here. As time goes on I don't know that I'd peruse the forums as much as I do currently, but this is consistently the first place I hear about news and upcoming releases.
