What exactly are they? Pro Logic? Dolby Digital?

I ask because I games like Rainbow Six, NHL09, and others sound great. They definitely add to the gameplay.

I know it's a dumb question.

Depends. Most exclusive games are in PCM and 7.1 at that

. Pretty much all games that are on both systems are in dolby digital 5.1 .
