Default Repair issue Onkyo Integra
Hi, folks! New to this forum. Need a little help, please. I have an older Integra DTR-6 A/V receiver that needs repair. The authorized shop told me what part had failed and said that Onkyo no longer made it available. It is an output transistor p/n 22241420, location Q8003. My question to Onkyo was that if the individual part is no longer available then it must surely be incorporated into a board. To date, Onkyo doesn't respond and the authorized shop can't get an answer either. Anybody happen to have a 'strong' contact at Onkyo Service that I could talk with? Even better- anyone happen to have that transistor? It is proprietary so no go on cross-referencing. The poor thing has been causing me problems since March and I sure do miss it!
