Default What movies do you have to watch when on tv?

What movies do you always stop and watch on TV while channel surfing? I have 3 movies that I always end up watching whenever I see them on TV, weather it is on HBO or NBC I seem to have to leave them on.

Jurassic Park (1st)
Independence Day
Armageddon

Anyone else have this obsession?

Well, everytime The Departed is on my movie channels and I got nothing to do, I watch it. I love that movie!

Also, basically any classic comedies I will watch on T.V.

Saving Private Ryan

Any 80s comedies

And for some reason, The Mummy. I don't like it. I don't like Brendan Frasier. I don't like the actor who plays the bad guy. But for some reason I have to watch it.

Dan in Real Life.

I'm not sure why that is. It's gotten to the point where when I see that it's on I go, "oh crap", because I know I'm now committed to seeing it to the end.

Also find myself watching Mr. and Mrs. Smith whenever its on. As annoying as that couple is off the screen, I can't help but watch that movie all the time.

Any of the Star Wars movies (yes including the prequels) and Tombstone, one of the best Westerns ever to grace the screen.

Shawshank Redemption. I've probably watched at least 20 minutes of this movie at least 200 times, which isn't very hard because it seems to be on everyday. I've probably watched the whole movie 20 times.
Lately I've been watching The Happening for brief stretches. It's almost like watching a car wreck. It's so bad I can't turn the channel. Every aspect of the movie is horrible, especially when Marky Mark is talking to a plastic plant.
