oppo load times - Blu-ray Forum

Looking to upgrade my player......3rd time. I have been very unimpressed with the load times and overall response of the controls. Do not mind spending the $, but would like to get a really good operating unit.

I feel my Oppo has just as fast load times as my PS3, actually faster on some discs.

Some friends of mine brought some blus over and we loaded a few of the same copies in at the same time. I would say almost all of them started about the same running the movies.

Well the Oppo showed up today.....ordered it 1 pm on Friday........shipped by 5pm and delivered at noon today. Great service.

Volumes have already been written in other reviews..........so I will only say that this is what a player should be. Loads very fast and all the controls are lighting fast. PQ is great and idiot proof set up. The "next" buttons are buffered. They did their homework!!!
