Guys,

I am wondering if they are ever going to bring The Outlaw Josey Wales to
Blu-ray?
It is my favorite Clint western, and so far I have not seen anything about it.

Has anyone heard anything about it?

Welcome to the site! Great movie, my favorite Clint movie, and I can't wait for it on BD.

ION was showing a 720p version a number of weeks back. Looked pretty nice under the circumstances.

Definitely a great flick. Some iconic Clint moments. Spitting on the dog and the bad guys, the "how'd you know who to shoot first" scene, the line "you gonna pull those pistols or whistle Dixie", and my favourite, the Missouri boat ride. You kind of picture Josey Wales growing up to be William Munny...

Spitting his tabacky on everyone, that's what sticks in my mind about Josey Wales, too. Great movie...

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I've been getting into Westerns a lot more lately and finally got around to this one and loved it. Any news on a BD release?

It's a title that has a fairly good following, with a big name actor, director, etc...... why someone would think a title like this would NOT get a Blu-ray release eventually, is beyond me...... all in due time....
