Turn around Time for Amazon.ca - Blu-ray Forum

hey guys, I was just wondering how long it usually takes to get something from amazon.ca . It's coming to Ontario. I ordered it on Tuesday in the afternoon and I just checked and it's not even shipped yet. Both items are in stock so I'm kind of wondering why they haven't even shipped it yet. Thanks

depends what shipping method you selected. unless you selected "super saver" you should have your stuff in about 3/4 days.

I only order from them once I can go above $39, so I qualify for their free shipping. It has never taken more than 2 days (if in stock, of course).

Yea, usually they send it out within a day or two if the items are in stock and it only takes about 2 days to get there with the Super Saver Free Shipping.

Same, always over the $39 level. Sometimes takes 3 days for me.

yeah the price was around 75 bucks for 2 blu rays. Crazy expensive. I used the super saver shipping because I am a cheap ass, lol. But still shouldn't they have at least shipped it by now? I know that when I placed an order a while back I got it in like a couple of days and the postage said it came from Missisauga which is only about 40 minutes from me.

I don't use the slow arse shipping. I expedite my package and I usually get it in 24 hours.

Same here. 2 days max (even with the free shipping option) usually as long as all the items in your order are in stock. I'm in Ontario as well. If it's a new release this week or something than it may not really been fully in stock yet or something which could cause a delay in them sending it out.

Any one item in your order that isn't in stock though will delay a free shipping order since they usually wait to send them all at once.

i live in victoria, about as far westcoast as you can get. my orders typically take 3-5 bus days. haven't ordered in a while...hmm...i should fix that =p

yeah they were both new releases actually, maybe that's why.
