Default Harmony One+Multicolor LED kit?

I just ordered a multicolor LED kit with remote to mount behind my display. I have been looking at the Logitech Harmony One remote as an option of replacing all my other remotes. Does anyone know if the Harmony One will control the light kit I just ordered? I know it is IR controlled and I ordered it from Light Enhancing Designs.

harmony remotes can learn IR functions, so most likely yes.

Does anyone else have any ideas, or has anyone else successfully used a Harmony One to control such lights?

I have the IR controller that Cyron sells, and it comes with it's own remote. Even though that IR controller wasn't in Logitech's database, I was able to teach my Harmony 550 all of the commands for the Cyron controller using the original remote.

Should be the same for you assuming that a remote is provided with the kit.

I agree, if you have the original remote, you should be able to program the Harmony. I have a three speed fan that has a remote and I used the original remote to learn the commands. Now I can control my fan while sitting on the couch. Just adding to my laziness.

It asked for a button or 2 the remote had and i lined them up for the IR to scan, then it asked for several buttons in a row that my light remote didnt have.. like ones hardcore light fixtures might have, it made one guess as to what the lights might be, it was wrong and that was all it would try
