Default Does PowerDVD Ultra decode Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio?

My friend is currently considering to upgrade his PC to HTPC. My question is does PowerDVD decode Dolby TrueHD, DTS-HD Master Audio internally with its own software or does he need to bitstream out to an external receiver in order to experience the full lossless audio?

Secondly, if PowerDVD doesn't do the job, what about other softwares like WinDVD and Total Media Theatre? Their FAQs are very vaque on the subject so it'd be nice to hear from actual hands on experience from you guys. Thanks

PS: Add Dolby Digital Plus and DTS-HD High Resolution into the mix as well.

As far as DTS-HD and Dolby TrueHD, yes, so does Total Media Theater. I use PowerDVD and TMT3, but not WinDVD, so i can't speak for that software. I send it to my external receiver via analogs and both tracks play just fine. My receiver is several years old so it can't decode HD sound on its own.
