Default Player with Resume Feature

I haven't been around this forum for quite some time. Just wondering if things have improved since and whether a Blu-Ray player that support resume after going to standby already exist? And I mean for all BD titles and doesn't need bookmarking or things like that.

I sometimes watch long movies and like to watch it over a few days instead of sitting thru at one go and it's a hassle to always have to restart from the beginning. This is a standard feature on nearly all DVD players.

I have a by now rather "antique" Sharp BD-HP20U which I'm also thinking of upgrading. Thanks!

There's no way currently of doing that on all Java Title. The only titles that remember wereyou where are Disney Java title, you still have to sit thru the warning and publicity at the start but once you click play movie it ask you if you want to restart and play were you stopped

All the other need to use Bookmarks..
