i think the uk is geting a standalone dont know if will be regin free though

All Warner titles are region free.

As far as I'm concerned this is pretty much THE release of this Christmas.

Wizard of Oz, Snow White and Gone With the Wind - all within weeks of each other. Doesn't get much better than that.

They are all going to look absolutely UNBELIEVABLE.

Can't beat technicolor - just cannot beat it.

I live in the UK, so will be picking up the release, minus the watch, book et al. Seems crazy the US isn't getting the choice to get the blu-ray on its own?

Oh well, just import.

I also would prefer just having the BD without all the accessories. But I know it is certainly a most beloved movie, so I understand this collection release in America.

I have not seen the film in so long, but is this film full screen ratio?

Agreed! I'm not a huge fan of the movie and the CE price tag pushed me away. But the colors in this trailer, which I've only seen in SD for now, have me seriously rethinking buying this now. Way to suck me in, damnit, WBHV!
