I have many titles that I watch very frequently. I'm more into movies than TV shows, they just don't make TV shows like The Jeffersons, All In The Family, Sanford and Son, The Sopranos....

Batman Begins
The Dark Knight
Iron Man
King Arthur
Ghostbusters
The Fly
Aeon Flux
Die Hard
Christmas Vacation
Kill Bill Vol 1. & 2
Underworld Movies
Matrix Trilogy

There are many more. Some of these are seasonal. Like Die Hard and Christmas Vacation are both Christmas movies and I start those around Thanksgiving and watch until New Years....

I only buy movies if I know I can sit down and rewatch them. The only movie that I have that I don't think I'll ever be rewatching is "The Boy in the Striped Pajamas" on DVD. I blind bought it and completely regret it.

Unless it's a movie that I really like then I won't re-watch. This is the reason I never collected dvd's and only now started collecting Blu-rays just for the fact that now I see it as a long term investment(PQ and AQ).

For example, I can watch Mrs. Doubtfire every week and not get bored. But a movie like Twister, I'll watch once and probably won't for a year or two.

All depends on what mood I'm in and how much I like the film. The other day, I watched Rambo, a film I hadn't watched in months. However, I watched 300 the other day for the 20th time (its my favorite film ever). Length is also a factor. Although I liked Troy, I won't watch it for at least a month. Then again, I will definitely watch Watchmen again soon. There are many aspects you have to look at when reviewing a film.

It depends on the movie. Although some have a better repeat value than others. I also do prefer to rewatch movies over tv shows. I rarely buy tv shows, however I do have a vast movie collection. I have well over 500 on Blu-ray and over 1200 total movies. Most of the tv shows I rewatch I watch on tv, like "Family Guy", "Two And A Half Men", "Still Standing", "Coupling", "Dharma & Greg". And also "Two Guys And A Girl", when it used to be on tv. Most movies don't have as much of a good repeat value as I would like, though some have a great repeat value like; "The Matrix", "Shoot 'Em Up", "Bad Boys II", "Hitman", "Monty Python & The Holy Grail", "The Island", "The Fifth Element", "Men In Black", "The Rock", "Blade Trinity" & "Transformers". I guess it depends on your kind of taste in movies or tv shows.

I do not buy TV shows as I find I never really ever rewatch the DVDs even if I might occasionally flip channels and stop and watch the same thing when on TV. Though I do not mind renting a whole season of something and watching it all the way through over a couple of days.

For movies, I will re-watch the ones I like many times over. If I go back 20 years, I am sure I have watched many of them at least once a year though I stopped watching many of them waiting to see when they may get released in BD as I still have plenty of others to watch

man.... just sell them now.... Just like DVD, something better will eventually come out.....

I have 1,200 DVDs, only 90 or so Blu-rays so far, and a handful of HD DVDs left.....

Despite this, AND netflixing a lot.... I still rewatch movies VERY OFTEN.... I would say, if I watch 5 movies in one week, on average 3-4 of them were movies I had seen previously.

I don't watch much television aside from News/sports. I just love movies

Hmm.. again with Immortal Beloved. I'm taking an interest in this movie and want to blind-buy it now but it looks like a one-time watch sort of deal.

I love to re-watch all of my blu-rays but new releases tend to overshadow them on a weekly basis

If I really like a movie I will watch it a lot.

Dark Knight= At least 10 times
Die Hard= At least 20 times

Also, I just got I Love You, Man yesterday and have already watched it 3 times (1 time in afternoon, 1 time before bed, and 1 time when I woke up this morning before work!)

I generally won't watch a movie for several months after I see it, maybe even a year. I don't want to ruin the movie for myself, so I usually won't watch it for a while. The movies that get the most playback at my house are:

Pearl Harbor
The Notebook
Kill Bills
Live Free or Die Hard
Transformers
Incredible Hulk
Batman Begins
Dark Knight
Across the Universe

It really depends on the movie and what I feel like watching at the time. I've watched many movies multiple times over. There are a few movies that I own on BD that I have watched twice on back to back days (Rachel Getting Married, Nick and Norah's Infinite Playlist, and Groundhog Day). I only buy movies I know I'm going to watch many times over.

Rent or buy, I enjoy re-watching my favorites from every movie genre. It also depends on what type of mood I'm in.

I watch movies that I really like multiple times, except movies like The Pianist that are great but tough on the soul. I'll let 6-12 months go by before the re-watch though. I don't do blind buys anymore because why have it on the shelf if it turns out to be a one-timer.
