United Kingdom Question about UK version of X-Files: I want to Believe?

I was surprised to discover that the UK version of X-Files: I want to Believe lists BD-Live functionalty!?

I thought it was odd because I was sure Fox, like Disney, had yet to launch their BD-Live service outside of the US? There are no other titles released by Fox in Europe that feature BD-Live as far as I know, unlike in the US?

Moreover, as far as I'm aware all other European versions of I want to Believe appear to missing the BD-Live features that are supposedly on the UK (and US) disc?

So I was wondering, does anyone have the UK version of I want to Believe and does it definitely include BD-Live functionality? The main BD-Live feature on the disc is called "The X-Files Dossier: Agent Dakota Whitney's Files" btw.

Like I said, the above feature is supposedly not on any of the other European versions of the Blu-ray. Perhaps someone who bought the title from elsewhere in Europe can confirm this too?

Oh, and does the UK Blu-ray include both cuts of the film because the UK DVD only has the Director's cut (unlike in the US where both versions of the film are included on DVD and BD)?

Ta!

The UK release has both cuts of the film.

As for BD-Live, I'm unable to test it at the moment (I'm in the middle of moving to a new house), but the disc indeed includes Agent Dakota Whitney's Files (and a link to Fox's website). Accessing that extra feature, you get a few pages of info regarding the characters of the film (again, I tried it without connecting to the internet; I don't know if you get any extra content for this if you connect to the internet).

Thanks for your reply Funktion.

I'm glad the UK BD has both cuts of the film too, unlike the UK DVD.

So it would seem that the UK BD really does have the same BD-Live features that are on the US version but missing from all other European versions?

Perhaps when you have time you could check whether your UK BD really does connect to Fox's BD-Live server and what kind of extra features you get this way? The Agent Dakota Whitney Files thing is supposed to be some kind of mystery game or summat?
