USA Projector throw equation?

Dunno if this has been brough up before but.......... how do you read and or figure out the "throw distance" of a projector? Or can give me some advice on a projector that has good Lumens and has a moderate price. here is what i have........ i have a 7' ceiling height with a 104'' screen size and i want it to be no more than 14' from the screen and suspended from the ceiling. i want to be right because i don't want to be out money if it dont work

1. Is this possible?
2. What manufacture should i go with for my needs?
3 How do i read the throw equation? lol

Thanks for any help
