Can this mob be trusted?

I ordered two PS3 games from them a couple of months ago and I received two used games!! When I contacted their customer service, they wanted me to return the used items first before they will send me replacement. And there was no apology at all from their customer service. Since then, I find it very very hard to sell this retailer

I just want to know if anyone has bought blus from this mob? If so, did they receive sealed blu????

Jeez. Did it play OK? Was it scratched?

I've never had a problem with them. Then again, I don't make the assumption that just because something isn't shrink-wrapped, that it is used.

It plays okay but that is besides my point... Whilst there is no certainty that the games are used, the fact that there is a lot of wear on the cases are good indication to me that both games are in used condition... Otherwise I would not have assumed that they are used...

Furthermore, retailers who value their customers normally are quite apologetic in such events. If anything, their response seems to indicate that perhaps they knew their warehouse was sending out used items hence why they did not sound surprised at all.

When I paid for new items, I expect them to be in sealed condition hence why I avoid retailers that take off the shrinkwrap unless the items they are selling are heavily discounted.

You may not mind getting items that are not shrinkwrapped, but many of us don't feel the same way you do when we paid for new items. Once the shrinkwrap is removed, there is no knowing whether the disks have been played or not. So if this retailer do in fact ships out titles that are NOT shrinkwrapped, I have no doubt many of us will like to know that and will take that into consideration when buying from them.

EDIT: Back to my original question, I have not bought any blu-ray from this retailer before. I just want to know if this retailer sends out shrinkwrapped titles or NOT?
