Battlestar Galactica 4.5?

I'm planning to purchase season one in January, but can anyone advise me whether to go ahead and buy season 4.5? Are the studios going to release the fourth season as a whole or just the episodes that were NOT on 4.5? You know like they did on the standard DVDs as seasons 1, 2.0, 2.5, 3, 4.0 & 4.5. I don't want to double dip. Thanks guys!

I would think they would release it like the DVDs, if they did not then there would be no piont of the 4.5 release. I don't even know way they bothered releasing 4.5 when none of the other season sets where out except the box set.

Why not just buy the complete series? It would probably cost the same if not more to buy them individually. I'm saving up for it myself.

The packaging. As long as they aren't really overpriced, I'll gladly pay more to get the seasons in regular cases as opposed to the packaging of the complete series.

Oh well I'll agree with you there, the packaging is bulky, although not as much as I thought. I saw it in stores and found it was much smaller than it looks.

It's like the "Angel" complete series collection. I put off buying it for years thinking it was huge, but when it came up for a cheap price on Amazon I had to buy it and was shocked to find it was about the same size of your average DVD as far as height.

I have no problem with the size. It is how the discs are stored inside. If you can manage to get a whole set that has no scratched discs, then I would say the complete series is the way to go as it will end up being the cheapest way to get the whole series.

If you haven't already bit the bullet, just buy the new repackaged set coming out in April.
