Default How does the rating scale work?

What I mean is, how would you compare a Bluray to a DVD on the scale? Is a good DVD equal to a 3 picture wise?

I guess that would depend on who was reviewing it. I'd say a very good dvd (the best available), would register at most a 3/5 (probably 2.5).

depends on what you're reviewing... picture quality differs from movie to movie as well
