I just saw the trailer and while I finally get to see Freddy, Jason and Pinhead lampooned, this strikes me as funny as Not Another Teen Movie. At least it cant be worse then Scary Movie 4....

Not sure why you named Not Another Teen Movie and Scary Movie 4 as bad parodies. Those were enjoyable, especially compared to the ones that came after.

Saw an advance copy. Not too terrible. Alot of hit and misses.

It looks terrible, but parodies make money cause they are cheap to make. Surprised it took this long to have something like this made. The star was pretty funny in Still Waiting, so maybe this won't suck horribly.

This was awful. Whatever happened to parodies from the likes of Brooks (pre Dracula) and Abrahms and Zucker. We need more like those, not these pointless so called satires. What with all the new security guidlines, I think its a perfect time for a new Airplane from the Zucker's. I keep hoping that Brook's will get back into the game to show these hacks how it is really done.

I hated My Name is Bruce, I was disappointed that Bruce dished out such crap. It wasn't even funny and the characters were total nonsense. Evil Dead was campy yes but it actually manged to have good characters and good humor. Campbell is still the man but I prefer Ron Perlman in the Campbell/Perlman war. I'm dying to see them do a movie together.

As for the topic, what can you, some idiot supplies money to these people and people buy this crap. It's sickening.

I agree completely. The insanity to which I alluded is that the film was treated to such a thoughtful review at all. It must have impacted Mr. Liebman on a very profound level.

Saw it today at Best Buy for $19.99. I was this close to buying it. In the end I went with Night of The Creeps instead.
