Possible fault on Pinocchio UK Blu? - Blu-ray Forum

Has anyone else noticed this?

This may be seen as minor but on viewing Pinocchio today I got up close to the TV to wipe some dust off the top of my set when I noticed that during the ending of the opening credits, and into the beginning of the film, there is a horizontal pulsating broken line about one third of the way down the screen. It's clearly visible on top of the credits.

In all fairness I've only watched this Blu a couple of times and never noticed this, but now I've seen it it's becoming distracting! It may just be my disc but there are no marks, scratches, etc.

Could anyone else check it out?

I have a Bravia 52" and sit fairly close so you might appreciate that now I know this 'fault' is here I can't help but notice it.

I also have the US Blu, I checked that out and that plays fine.

Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, I just checked this on my UK disc, and couldn't spot something like this - no pulsating broken line for me.

I've just checked my copy but didn't notice any flickering/pulsating as you described. Everything seemed very smooth and clear.

I've watched it a few times now and never noticed any problems.

Thanks for having a look!

I'm going to check it again - it was the first time I noticed it so maybe there was a fault with my player?

If it is still there I'll know that it's my disc.
