Mic problem. - Blu-ray Forum

Lately I have had problems on Call of Duty: World at War with my Mic. It seems that with some of my friends sometimes I cant here them or they cant here me and no I have not muted them, they have not muted me, I have my mic fully charged. So if anybody has a soloution please share.

EDIT-I have the offical PS3 mic

Never had the problem, but you might want to try reseting the mic's connection to your PS3.
Also make sure you haven't hit any buttons on the mic, mine is a bit touchy and has reset on me when I thought I was just turning the volume down.
This seems to be a mic issue and not a fault with your PS3.

Stuff like that happened to me during GTA4, but i blamed the game. Very few times i'd enter a game with my friends and i'd be spectating with my mic on, but they wouldn't hear me until the round was over.

Can depend on the lag, is anyone else connected to your network? You should ideally have as much bandwidth as you can being used by the game only.

Then again something could be faulty in your mic
