Onkyo 647......Please help

I recently decided to try out the auto-calibration feature on my ONK-TXSR674 and regretfully it totally ruined every setting I had manually entered. Problem is, I can't seem to get the settings back to where I had them. I should have written them down before hand (hindsight is always 20/20!)......My speakers dont sound nearly as loud anymore, nor does my sub......I've done the obvious fixes (changing level calib., etc, etc.) but there is no big noticeable change. Does anyone know where I can find the factory settings for specific onkyo recievers? I cant seem to find them on Onkyo's website........or does anyone else have any other suggestions??
