Default We will send you the new item just send us the old one?

I just called Bestbuyto let them know the issue I was having with my PS3(It was freezing on a game).Bestbuy said they were sending me a new one right away and they would send me a shipping label to send back the bad one.I was just wondering why a company would do something like that wouldnt they be worried that it was a lie and someone can keep both systems?Maybe this is normal and is the first time this has happend to me.can somebody clue me in?



Maybe they can see I always make my payments on time

No supposedly since theres none in stock I can only do it online since thats how I purchased it.It probably was just the game but I rather be safe then sorry.Its supposed to be here friday,I dont get my new game untill friday anyways so ohh well.I was just amazed they sent me a new one without recieving the old one first.

They aren't worried. If you fail to send the old one back they will just charge you for two.

That's exactly what Amazon will do. If you request a replacement item and you don't send the original one back, they will hit your account for the new item once the deadline passes.
