Which of these 2 is the more compressed signal?
I have heard both as being the more compressed I thought Cable was more compressed but I could be wrong, Wondering if there was someone on here with concrete knowledge on the matter.

I would say cable is more compressed. Cable companies get their signal from a satellite. To me, satellite seems like a straight shot.

Thats What I am thinking but I have people that are trying to tell me that satelite compresses it more thats why they can carry their signal over satelites but cable carries their signal over satelites too then through really long runs of cable then to your home

yeah cable compresses after the fact. Not saying either one is crapier over the other. But if you are in the sticks like me and the cable company gets their cable from someone else... then sat is obvious choice.
