Default Any Good Recc for a small HDTV?
I was thinking of replacing my Toshiba CRT (13") kitchenette tv with a flat screen. Best Buy has DYNEX for $149 and I saw COBY mini TV's for cheap also. I plan to do the same indoor antenna on the mini (KOWATEC) that I have on the Big TV.

Not sure: do the smaller TV's (16", 19.5 " and 21" diag) have the capabilities to accept an antenna for OTA reception since I no longer plan to EVER have cable ever again?

No need to have a Blu-ray player in the the tv in the kitchen, just a monitor
with a cheap speaker.
