Default Your E3 Impressions, surprises, and disappointments?

Alright, I think Sony had a great E3 this year. Would like to see what you all are thinking about the event and what you are taking away from it.

First off my biggest impression is [b]Finally here are the next gen games![/] I mean seeing the quality and multitude of top system seller games being played and coming out soon totally blew me away.

The lineup of, Metal Gear Solid, Killzone2, LAIR, Heavenly Sword, Uncharted, have me trying to figure out how I am going to get that much time devoted to gaming.

My biggest surprise was Uncharted: Drakes Fortune. Have not really heard to much about this game before E3, but after it and seeing the game in action it is definitley on my hit list of games to make sure and check out.

Close second it Killzone finally living up to hype.

Disappointments - The $100 price drop that finally got slumping sales moving, looks to only be temporary. Still some half-assed cross-platform games out there.. making me think I will not be buying many cross-platform games this generation.. as there are plenty PS3 only games that look like they may take up all my time.

I am excited about the games you mentioned, plus Ratchet and Clank and especially COD4:Modern Warfare. Oh yeah, and HOME. Was dissapointed about how the price drop thing went about, but am starting to get over it now. LOL - Plus I have a feeling they have something up their sleeve for the Holidays and beyond.

Square-Enix Party 2007, and TGS most likely.

As far as features - good god man it's the swiss army of portable devices. But curious anyway - what were you looking for?

For a refreshed design I thought it was quite good..especially once I found out the few tidbits that didn't come out right away..the usb charging is a big one for me.

Unfortunately it won't come soon enough. Picking up either 2 or 3 shortly..I want only 2 so I can get a redesigned one later but have reasons we really need 3 now. Argh. All in the timing.

Although if the remote play from the PS3 is supported with the video out on the PSP - I may just have to get the redesign later anyway and maybe sell off one of the older designs.
