United Kingdom poor hi-def broadcasts
has anyone here noticed the poor quality recently on ncis even for a hi-def broadcast its easily got to be the worst quality broadcast using hi-def its constantly grainy and out of focus on many scenes
csi ny is also the same.

anyone else notice this
