Default Anthem PVA 7 channel amp-questions

useing this amp allows me to use 7 channels, but i wont be able to bi-amp my speakers.
How important is bi-amping when useing an amplifier ?

Is there anyone that would recommend this amp ?

Iam in new territory with this.I would be useing my Yamaha RXV-3800 as a pre amp

if you were going to bi-amp you would need a second amplifier anyway. one amp for the LF section and one amp for the HF section

See
if i didn't think about bi-amping my speakers and just used the PVA 7 for an amp and the Yamaha for a pre-amp ,would it still be beneficial to me.

I could also go 2 channel amps but i can get the PVA 7 for 2 grand Canadian which i Think is a good price.

What would you recommended ?
