In a box in my closet - I don't use them. Anybody want to buy 'em? $3 shipped. Have a bunch! Discounts off multiples!

I hate 'em because they are useless but for some reason I don't have the ability to throw them out, so they only take more space away.

I throw them all out. I use to keep them, but my OCD kicked in and if one BD doesn't have it, they all must have them removed.

I kept a few including:

A Charlie Brown Christmas
Bourne Trilogy
Star Trek: The Original Motion Picture Collection
Star Trek: The Next Generation Motion Picture Collection
Fringe

Any movies that come in a box set, I put the box away. And those slim cases... Once I get empty BD cases, those are put away too.

I keep mine. They are cool art pieces. I love the Bourne Box.

The collector in me keeps them. Also some are required (e.g. Transformers 2). Plus, there is a part of me which thinks they are better protected.

I keep mine... in fact I have them posted on a wall near my dvd/blu case. Have at least two dozen hollywood and a dozen bollywood slip cases on my wall. But I'm thinking of taking them down, some boxes are too heavy (I use the stickies for posters that are easy to remove) and I'll probably put them in the closet or a box.

Mine are all in the closet except for Transformers as you need the cover to find the movie. The writing is on the cover and not the case.

They're worthless to me, and I just pitch them into the trash can. I can see why some people might like them though.

They're annoying, but I keep them on my movies. If one comes on a video game, I take it off and store it separately. I'm more likely to need frequent access to a game than a movie, and don't want the cardboard getting in the way.

I don't mind slip covers as long as they have at least a different picture underneath, whats the point in having the same image on the case as well?

Nay to slipcovers. They get in the way. And, if you're about to make a trade with one of the more obsessive collectors out there who want their slipcovers to have never been touched by human hands, it could make what should be a fun experience an abysmal one.

Keep it simple and cheap. Bluray package with one disc. Forget the slipcover and digital disc.

To quote Mr ED... Nay

I just throw them out, because they take up too much space and usually they have stickers all over them that look hideous and are impossible to remove without ripping the case or leaving glue residue

I used to think they were pointless, but now I kind of like them. As another person said they add variety and I enjoy the difference in cover art as well; for most at least.
