Default Best Buy used movies/games Kiosk

This kiosk rips you off! The other day I took around 80 DVD's to trade for gift card & the first bash of movies i put in around 60 DVD. I got around $45. The second bash I only got to put 3 DVD's when someone wanted to buy a used game so I went ahead & checked out. It gave me $0 dollars for my 3 movies. So i figured this machine out. While your putting your DVD/Games, it does not tell you the value of each movie. It gives you a total at the end. So you never know what your getting for each movie. So this thing takes a few movies for it self & gives you money for others. So you can say that for every 5 DVD's you put in your only getting money for 3 & it keeps 2 for itself. So your better of selling them on the street or online, then that machine!

You traded 60 DVD's for $45? Why not just eBay them?

I'm not surprised at all. I went to trade in my DVD's two years ago @ Gamestop and FYE..back then they were only giving $2-3/DVD...I'm not surprised at all. You only get about $1 for a DVD nowadays...unless it's an OOP or Criterion.

Go Yanks!

Yeah, try eBay. You might get lucky. Not so much with Craigslist.

I dont like to mess around with ebay. Never got into it. I had over 400 DVD's and was trying to clean up my closet. The reason I went with BB was to get a gift card to buy Modern warfare 2.

I used one a couple of days ago on 3 PS3 games and it told me exactly what I was getting for each one.
