Default Why does my Sanyo 32' HDTV sound bad?

When I plug my Sanyo 32' in with the HDMI Cable to the TV to Direct TV Receiver. The picture is great but the sound sounds like the feed is in slow motion. Is the problem the HDTV or the Direct TV. How can I fix this?

Note: It works when I have the Green, Blue and Red cords (and white from other one) I would rather have it in HDMI because the picture looks better and it is less cords

Any help would be appreciated

Thanks

Do you mean the words aren't matching the mouth movement? If so thats a sync problem and will probably have to be corrected via the sound options on your TV.

Also, if your tv has more then one HDMI try another port, if that fixes it then that original port might be going bad.
