Default Blu-ray access blu-screens on Win XP Pro

I have a LG BH08LS20 installed on a dual boot Win XP Pro and Win 7 machine. When I first installed it everything worked fine. But now (I think after installing Nero 9) it will blu-screen if I try to access it with XP. (Blue screen as you see the blue screen of death for a second and the machine reboots) With Win 7 everything works fine. On the XP side I uninstalled Nero, changed my vid card driver, uninstalled everything disc related.

I have a Geforce GTX 295 with 30" Samsung monitor and in the Nvidia HDCP properties it says my video card and display are HDCP capable.

It doesn't matter what I use to access the blu-ray disc. Even Win Explorer, Power DVD, etc. All other discs like DVD and CD's are ok

I am probably just going to reinstall an old backup of XP that I have, which will wipe out dual boot and I'll have to reinstall Win 7 again, but has anyone heard of this problem?

Thanks for your input.
