Italy PowerDVD 9 error message:Media not supported

Hello PPL!!
I bought a bluray burner not long ago, I was pretty excited being able to burn BD and being able to whatch BD movies if I wanted.
I finally decided to get one and now the only thing that I get is a messages that says: NOT SUPPORTED MEDIA.
That is soo frustrating, I used PowerDVD 7.3 that came with the LG burner, I also downloaded PowerDVD 9, WinDVD 10 Pro, all with the same result. I can access the disc's folders and I'm assuming that the movies files are the m2ts because of some googling around that I did to solve the issue.
What do you guys think is the problem?
I tried in both win vista Ultimate 64 and Win 7 Ultimate 64. My hardware seems to be fine because I scanned it with cyberlink Advisor, this is the log:

The memory is not accurate I have 6GB. The vudeo drivers are up to date, after I installed the drivers from CD WIN 7 downloaded an update for it. This is the log from BD advisor that I ran from WIN 7 Ultimate. In Vista did the same thing.

Please HELP!!
Manu
