Default Polk CS1 vs CS10 Please Help!!

I have Monitor 50 as my front left and right and Monitor 30s as rear and side surrounds. There is a sale on the CS1 and it says that it will match well with my setup on the Polk Site. I currently have a CSI25 center. I cant hear them so I am going by what you guys know. They also have a CS10 for a few dollars more that is supposed to go more with the Tsi series. From what I understand there is not much diffrence in the Monitor and the Tsi series. Suggestions and feedback would be a great help!! thanks

I called Polk about the CS20 vs. CS2 a year or so ago and I was told there was no difference other then a cabinet redesign. I'm assuming the same will stand true for the CS1 vs CS10. If you want, look up Polk's number and give them a call as I did.

I used to have the Polk CSi25 center channel in my system, and replaced it with a CS2. I would have to say that I enjoyed my CSi25, but understand your desire to replace it. I wanted a little more robust sound, and improved power handling, and the CS2 delivers well on both fronts.

My CSi25 now sits in its original factory carton and packing, awaiting some unknown future - perhaps in a future bedroom theater setup.

I think you'll be very happy with the CS1 as an upgrade - it's also the perfect timbre-match for your Monitor 50 speakers.
