The software sales are still dismally disappointing. It shows we still have a lot of people owning these things, but having very little to buy for them.

Out of the 17 or so PS3 games I own, maybe 3 of them are once I'd say are keepers. Sadly, game development has been extremely crappy thusfar.

Yeah, they need more games.

I picked up a PS3 about a week ago. Price drop coupled with 5 free movies sealed the deal. I had the add on for my 360 so now I can enjoy even more in HD.

But, look as I did for a game, there were none of interest that I didn't already own. Lair looks to be the first title that may be of interest.

unfortunately i have to agree with you guys. NFS Carbon I got when it came it cuz it was the only racing game at the time, Transformers (which i regret buying....don't ask, it was a spur of the moment) and RB6 Vegas which totally kicks ass. other than that i jus use my PS3 for BR. cant wait for CoD4, MGS4, GT5, GTA IV, and Tekken 6. Think those should be a must for any gamer

There must be a lot of people out there who own these things, but have almost no games. I think most people are buying it as a BR player, mainly. That, or they buy it, find out that many of the games just suck, and are in a holding pattern until something better comes out for games.
