Anyone from a French speaking country who would be willing to translate a french text to english for me?

I am supposed to turn a paper in next week from this text.. I just can't seem to figure out what it means!

Its a couple of hundred words.. I you will help me I will send it in a PM - its killing me

Haha its good.. We draw a number here after a medical check and if the number is low - you may be going to the army..

I drew a high number but just felt like trying something new so I decided to volunteer..

Its only 6 month - not like in the US
