We have the 1976 version:
http://fr.blu-ray.com/movies/King-Ko...y-Review/6369/ and the 2005 version: https://www.blu-ray.com/movies/King-...y-Review/2731/ How about the 1933 classic that brought about the other two? It is rumored for 2010 (https://www.blu-ray.com/news/?id=2934) so Iguess the question is who's a thread from craziness in impatience. My other question is how much justice 1080p will do for it. Don't get me wrong, blu-ray is always the prefered version in my book and Kong will get a boost going to 1080p. I also know the film was basically a test bed for visual effects and the crew had little idea about how they were going to do most of it. Finally, I'm not expecting a Blu of 33 Kong to be Iron Man or Star Trek. However, having said that, how good do you think a blu of 33 Kong would be. I think it'll look decent for most of the film, but have a few "eh" shots. Still excited for it, just not sure how the picture might hold up. |
