I love the art on the back... that would have been a better front cover, if ya ask me. But the DVD steelbook from a while back is the best of them all.

I don't actually have the disc on me to check, but it SHOULD be identical to the disc in the normal US BD release

i have the USA best buy steelbook and i just put the disc in. it does not have french audio or french subs. available options include english lossless, english dolby digital, and english subs. i didn't realize it was so skimpy on options.

As a point reference, for eBay purchases or trades or what not, the Cars steelbook is priced around $30 Canadian in the FS B&Ms.

Yes, but it is misleading to think that you can get it for that price.

Even Canadians have to pay HST. If you are not in Canada, there is shipping, and if you want a box packaging with styrofoam peanuts, that costs more than a bubble mailer.

Most of the stores around me have long since sold out of CARS, but there is still one that I know of that has one. I don't know what the price is though.

It should be $34.99 (+tax) at Best Buy.

My bad; Two weeks ago I paid $33.89 ($29.99 + $3.90 (HST)). Of course if it must be shipped, that will add to the cost but since most eBay auctions list shipping extra, IMHO, $34 is a useful figure to help determine the value of a non-FS sale.

There are 2 or 3 (total) in the stores near me.

Yes, I'm merely pointing out the fact that some people may look at the price as "$30.00" and then post something to the effect of "willing to pay $40 shipped".

Well, with me picking it up, paying HST, packaging it in a box (because no one will want a bubble mailer anymore) and then shipping it with insurance and tracking, it is not worth my time or effort to do it for basically free (or even below cost).

Kudos to those who organize group buys and what not, but I would hate to be stuck with something that I bought for someone else to be nice. I have had one too many "I want that. Wait no. I bought it somewhere else.".

It should be fairly easy to search online.
