Elf BD has a visual flaw! - Blu-ray Forum

I am watching "Elf" on Blu-ray and it looks and sound great except for one minor thing, At the 7:47 mark, a very noticible spot or blemish flashes/appears on Will Farrell's coat for a frame or two when says the word "what?" to Bob Newhart's character. This does not happen with the older DVD release. Anybody else notice this flaw?

Could just be my copy, I don't know.

Sounds like something went wrong when they scanned the film to make a BD transfer. It happens, and this disc is likely to be the only Blu-ray version Elf ever gets. Wait until the next format, SuperBlu...

Will have to get my out ELF blu-ray and take a looksie!

The only visual flaw I've ever seen in Elf is Will Ferrel... that and not enough Zooey!!! Barf Em!!

Update, I noticed too on my copy.

Like someone else said before, must have been a problem with the scan of the transfer.

Am I the only one who has a white dot in the right lower corner throughout the whole film?

UPD: Sorry, my mistake. Restarted the disc and everything went OK.
