Using Capital Letters

i noticed an odd thing today i havent noticed before, not a big deal really, but i was just curious if some kind of change was made or soemthing

twice today, ive gone to make a post that includes a word in all capital letters, in both cases, after clicking submit post, the word in all caps was replaced with the same word but with no capital letters, and going back and editing the post and resubmitting yields the same results, i dont make a lot of posts that consist of words in all caps, but i know ive done it before and had no problems, is there some limit on the number of capital letters used in a row or something??? just curious...
