Default Looking for $800-$900 47" LCD

My parents are looking at getting a new tv. The 800-900 dollar price range seems good for them. I would like to get them a 47" 1080p 120hz lcd.
Any recomendations.
I found these two while looking at sams

What do you think. The Philips looked really good in the store, but I am not sure how it will look at home.

Also, what are the best options if they decided to go with a 42" for 100 or 150 dollars less.
Thanks

The links you put don't seem to work.

You should check out this 42" Panasonic Viera 1080p Plasma 600hz for $829, much better than a Philips

I forgot to mention that their house is at 8100 feet and I don't think that a plasma is a good idea, the newer Panasonic are supposed to work up to 9100 but I have only known one person that every owned one even close to that altitude, and I am scared it will buzz like crazy.
