What should James Cameron's next film project be? - Blu-ray Forum

Well after seeing in this and other forums that people either want another 'Avatar' or a R rated 'Battle Angel' what would you guys prefer him doing next?

I would love to see him tackle a war film.

His next film project should be getting all his existing movies released on blu-ray. Why isn't that option on the list?

I'd love to see him tackle a historical epic, in general I want to see him try a genre he hasn't attempted yet.

Yeah I would love to see what he could do with big battle scenes like in Braveheart or Gladiator

They really need to find a way to CLONE this guy.

BTW, for his next film project he will be the FIRST DIRECTOR to be given a $1 BILLION BUDGET!

Agreed! He doesn't seem like he's into comic book heroes

I think his first love will always be sci-fi and 2001 is his favorite movie which inspired him to become a film maker.

He recently stated in an interview that he wants to do a small dramatic film in 3-D, just to show people that it doesn't have to be a big epic to utilize 3-D properly.

I'm assuming he's still prepping Battle Angel, since it's been in the pipeline for a while, but I'm wondering if an Avatar sequel will supercede that now.
