SEGA Australia Ltd. today confirmed that upcoming action shooter Aliens vs. Predator will be released across Australia on 18th February 2010 on PlayStation®3.
"On the back of the successful appeal last Friday we are delighted to confirm that beyond the standard edition for the game, we will be delivering two Special Editions - Survivor and Hunter" said Darren Macbeth, Managing Director SEGA Australia. "The team at Rebellion have been true to the Aliens and Predator universes and created a title that allows gamers to experience first-hand all the thrill, tension and excitement of the Aliens and Predator movies."

Aliens vs. Predator delivers three outstanding single player campaigns and allows gamers to pitch all three species against each other in multiplayer. Releasing across Australia on 18th February 2010 on PlayStation®3, Aliens vs. Predator Standard Edition will retail for $99.95. The Survivor Edition, which includes a limited edition Steelbook and 4 exclusive multiplayer maps, will retail for $119.95, while the Hunter Edition (pictured below), which comes with prestige packaging, limited edition Steelbook, 4 exclusive multiplayer maps, replica Mouldable Facehugger, Weyland logo material sleeve badge and 3D Lenticular card, will retail for $139.95.
Aliens vs. Predator is rated MA15+ and contains strong science fiction violence
