It's about time too. I'd like to start buying some anime on blu ray, but there's barely any. This, evangelion and 5cm will be day one purchases when they eventually come out

Appears to have been pushed back to Autumn according to MangaUK's twitter. It and will most likely come out alongside the Summer Wars Blu-ray.

Well I finally decided to pre-order the 'Summer Wars/GWLTT double pack from Zavvi.

comes to about 8.90 per film.

It is Region B locked.

Yep it has no special features...

also you have to change the audio settings via the pop-up menu.. won't let you use the audio/subtitle buttons manually...

and like 'Summer Wars' it has the DVD icons at the back for some odd reason...

I'm really disappointed with the Anime Bluray distribution in Europe. Not only do we not get most of what's released abroad but there's also no special features on The Girl Who Leapt Through Time!

Looks like i have to shell out for the American release as well now...

Trying to watch this tonight and it seems a have a botched copy. Won’t let me past the language select screen, and I’ve tried it on three different players.
