USA Lucky Luke -movie and tv series

Does anybody remember these? They were very funny. There was a full length moviehttp://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-YEa...eature=related and a short lived TV series as well. All starring Terence Hill and Nancy Morgan. I would be happy to have the movie & TV series on DVD but blu would be better. I think it was based on a comic book. I have the movie in Full Screen by Simitar but this film was beautifully shot, so I know it would look great on blu. There was some great character actors that appeared on these including: Madeline Kahn, Ron Carey, Dominic Barto, Rene Auberjonois, Jack Elam, Julie Haggerty, Neil Summers, David Huddleston and John Quade.

Watched the the "Lucky Luke" movie on DVD with the nephews. They enjoyed it as well. Hopefully this will (as well as the 9 episodes of the TV series) get a blu ray in it's proper aspect ratio. It's such a well made western comedy. Blazing Saddles fans would enjoy it. Would also like to se Terence Hill's "Trinity" get the blu treatment as well.

I 100% agree with you on Trinity. "trinity is still my name" was a below average PQ & it wasnt a release of both trinity films.

So sad that Terence Hill films are prob years away from BD.

Hen's Tooth Home Video has the 2 Trinity films (They Call Me Trinity and trinity Is Still My Name) on DVD in a box set, and they are widescreen transfers from original negatives. They are much better than any of the other "cheapo" releases out there, since the films are in the public domain.
