Watching Videos on the Slim - Blu-ray Forum

Whenever I am watching a movie (DVD, Blu-ray, Hard drive video) I will get a tiny blinking cursor up in the right hand corner of the screen. What I think it is, is the little "thinking" clock icon that shows up when stuff is loading. So every 10 or 15 min during a movie that little icon will flash through a few times. I never had this issue with my old 80 PS3 (YLOD). Does anyone have any ideas?

Got anything connected by USB? Try disconnecting them.

I do have an external drive plugged in. I never thought of that, I will see what happens with it unplugged. Thanks for the suggestion.
