Recommended Amp - Blu-ray Forum

Hey,

I'm interested at this sub for my car. I'm looking for a reliable, yet affordable amp to go with it. Any recommendations?

Thing really doesn't handle much and you can get a lot better.

For that price, you could get two Alpine Type-S SWS-1243D. Then get yourself an MRP-M500 amp. Will come to roughly $310 shipped on eBay for two subs and an amp. Granted, you'll have to buy a box for them, but it isn't too much and will be a lot better.

So basically you will get two subs which are both better as a single one, for $10 more than a single weaker Rockford.
