Coraline Blu-ray Help!

So I accidentally bought Coraline Blu Ray as Like New. The description made it sound Brand New, and for some reason I didn't look. Even the price was at the Brand New Price, being slightly used didn't slip my mind.

So I received it today, and found out what happened. Everything seemed good even though it was used. He even gave me all 4 pairs of 3D Glass, and it included the slipcover. So I take the slip with the Digital Copy Code, and slip the digital copy disc into my computer, and type in the code...... And what happens?

It was already redeemed. The user never said he already redeemed it, and if he redeemed it why did he even bother putting the slip with the Digital Copy Code in it? So now I am going to try to return it. Are people on Ebay with 100% positive feedback usually do ok with returns/refunds?

I mean, I bought it for a high price, at a higher price than Walmart has it for new at the Buy Now section. Maybe, to avoid this all, does anyone have a spare digital copy code they wouldn't bother to give to me? If not, again, do you think Ebay users even with high feedback ratings are ok with returns/refunds?
