Default Coraline Blu-ray - July 21

Has anyone heard anything about Coraline being released any time soon? I have not seen anything about this yet and figured it would have had a date by now.

Coraline amazon pre-order - July 21

Think they'll give it to us with a 3D option? I'd hate to miss out on the great theater experience I had...

It is odd that Universal had yet to announce The Unborn or Coraline...

The 3D in theaters was good, but I still am 100% sure that My Bloody Valentine had better 3D. Although this was a GREAT movie, almost as good as Nightmare Before Christmas, which is one of my favorite movies.
I can imagine this having a literally STUNNING transfer. I'm really pumped for it!!!!

Yeah, I know. I believe it is the UK that already announced The Unborn. I won't be buying that one FOR SURE, but it's weird. It's been out of theaters for quite awhile and not even a release date...
Hope to dear GOD this isn't going to be the same case for Coraline.

Well, it won'e be in real d like in theatre,s rather it will be that horrible 2 coloured glasses crap. Maybe in a few years this films will get released in real d 3d (I sure hope they are).

I will gladly buy this now, then double dip when a good home 3d option is available. It's nice to finally see a Neil Gaiman adaptation that is true to the source material.

Kinda makes me wish Henry Selick got his hands on Stardust before anyone else did.

It's already moved into the cheap theaters. Quickly! Make and announcement while it's still playing!

I went to see "Coraline" at the Dollar Cinema over the weekend. I thoroughly enjoyed it. Can't wait for the Blu-Ray! I'm currently listening to "The Graveyard Book" audiobook and I'm really enjoying it. Neil Gaiman is one of my personal favorite authors/narrators. I was excited to hear that Henry Selick was adapting "Coraline" for the big screen.

This will be a day one (blind buy) purchase for me if it DOESN'T include a 3D version.

If it does include a 3D version, than I'll definitely be waiting on PQ reviews and possibly a sale price

yeah I have heard the whole 3D thing on blu ray doesn't work so well.
Hopefully they include the blu with a 3D copy AND a regular version. That should please the masses.
