On the back did not have any description of disc by disc breakdown.

The case was 1-2 inches think, cardboard was 26.88

ISBN 1-4198-787-0

UPC 883929057337

anyone have any ideas on this one ?

Because the 3-disc Emerald Editions are out everywhere now I think.

yes 4 disc and it was not in a blu-ray case at all- probaby digipack inside

This is probably the same one that was packed with the amazon exclusive 70th ann. Ultimate box version.

When I used to follow wrestling The Ultimate warrior was my fave also

When I followed wresting Jack Brisco was my favorite. Championship Wrestling From Florida with Gordon Solie. Funny thing is my mom, in her 70s is still into wrestling, lol. Anyway, Jack died last month. He and his brother discovered Hulk Hogan.

Probably and that would make the fourth disc the digital copy. I'm fine with my standard size case sans digital copy.

Yeah, I'd love to have "Oz" on Blu-Ray, but there's no way I'm paying $70 for it. $30 or $35 for a 3-disc set, maybe...but $70 is just ridiculous, IMO.

What about the single disc edition you can find for $20?

Well, its not 70 dollars at amazon.com,Its 52.99.The watch in that set, by itself is easilly worth at the very least, 20 dollars.The hardcover book is at least worth 10 dollars.Not to mention the kickass outer box of this set.So at 52.99 , with all the extra junk its worth it.I actually ordered this just a couple days ago.I hate double dipping on blu rays, but for this movie its worth it.

for the single is ridiculous as well

most BRs these days you get 2-3 disc for 20-25 with digital copy and tons of extras, never seen oz (i know i know blasphemy) and i wouldn't mind owning the 3-4 disc, im going to walmart later so ill def stop by sams club (right next to my walmart, walking distance) and see if they have it

would be a great way to see oz for the first time.. in glorious HD

That is not the BD, but the DVD version of the Emerald Edition (hence why it has 4 discs instead of three)....do a Yahoo or Google search of that UPC, and you'll see it for sale at other sites like Barnes & Noble, Books A Million, and Borders.....
