Post Electric Tankless Water Heater?

Anybody have any experience with these, I'm looking at getting one. Seems the Tempra 24 plus is the way to go, was wondering if anyone has any experience with one or others.

If you go with a tankless water heater, get a natural gas one if you have access to gas lines.

yeah it has to be electric, and would only feed one full bath, one half a sink and dish/clothes washer.

In the Caribbean, where my parents are from, electric heaters are the used in 95% of households - the rest use solar panels. If the power goes out, which is often, you're stuck with cold water. I don't know why nobody uses tanks in that region - the lack of basements probably has something to do with it - but I wish it was a common thing down there. I've taken lots of cold showers during visits. And it never helps that water pressure is so poor in many areas.
